Wrap Around Care Survey follow up

First of all a thank you to all the parents who have responded to the survey. In total we received 26 responses (via both Willoughby Primary school and the Playgroup) and all have responded positively to the option of a pre and after care service in Willoughby. It’s abundantly clear there’s a significant interest in having a wrap around care service in Willoughby.

The governor board has formed a committee dedicated to this topic with the survey results being discussed in a committee meeting last week. The committee’s next step will be to identify the best way to organize the wrap around care in Willoughby at an affordable price level. If anyone is interested in organizing a wrap around service please contact me directly via e-mail and we can discuss the possibilities.

The committee is going to do its upmost best to quickly assess all available options but wants to make clear that it’s not guaranteed that the wrap around care in Willoughby can be realized. And as we’re about to enter the Summer holidays please also realize that it’s not possible to have any service in place at the start of the new school year this September.
