School Uniform Policy

Our school colour is red. Top quality “Willoughby” sweatshirts, polo shirts and other items of school uniform can be purchased from Just Schoolwear, including a PE Kit set, see below for details on how to order. However, you do not have to order ‘logo’ items, plain uniform is fine.

Please ensure that all children’s clothing and personal property is clearly and permanently labelled with your child’s name. This helps reunite missing items with their owners. You can help raise money for our school by using My Nametags,(www.mynametags.com) make sure you enter our School ID 29900 at the checkout.

School uniform consists of:

Winter Uniform

• Grey trousers, grey skirt or grey pinafore dress
• Red or white polo shirt
• Red sweatshirt, fleece, cardigan or jumper
• Grey or black socks
• Grey, black or red tights
• Sensible black school shoes (no boots or trainers please).

Summer Uniform

• Grey shorts or grey skirt
• Red gingham summer dress
• Red or white polo shirt
• Red sweatshirt, fleece, cardigan or jumper
• Grey, black or white socks
• Grey, black or red tights
• Sensible black school shoes (no boots or trainers please).

PE Kit

• Trainers
• Red shorts
• White t-shirt
• Warm clothing or tracksuit for outdoor PE – Winter only

At different points in the year children will need Forest School kit and swimming kit. You will be notified in advance.

Jewellery is not encouraged, a watch and small stud earrings are fine. Earrings should be removed for PE. Hair should be tidy and kept off the face. Long hair should be tied back please.

Ordering Uniform

You can now order school uniform directly with our suppliers Just Schoolwear.

Simply go to their website.

You can choose to have your order delivered direct to you at home (£4.94 postage and packaging), or pick up from one of their local high street stores in Arnold, Bluecoat Acadamy Aspley (in-school shop) Long Eaton or West Bridgford, or have it sent to school. Please note deliveries to school are during school term time only and once a month.

We can also place uniform orders on your behalf at least once a term.

To place an order, click here to download the order form, or pick one up from the School office. Complete and return the form, then pay when your order arrives at school.

FOWS also has a range of good quality second hand uniform available for a donation. Please contact friendsofwilloughbyschool@gmail.com.
