We celebrated Harvest Festival by learning and performing songs and poems.

We collected food, which we donated to Rushcliffe Food Bank.

Also, the children are undertaking chores over half-term to raise money to support the education of Faiz, a 6 year old Ghanaian boy, through Plan International.

Faiz lives with his mother, who is a subsistence farmer in northern Ghana. They live in a house made of cement with a corrugated iron roof and a cement floor. They use a pit latrine and collect water from a borehole about 30 minutes away.
