Friends of Willoughby School 100 Club

The Friends of Willoughby School (FOWS) 100 Club is a great way for you to support Willoughby Primary School whilst having a bit of a flutter! If you have any queries, please contact Kerry White (07715 308972) or email  friendsofwilloughbyschool@gmail.com

Here’s how it works…
• You complete and sign the attached sign up form & return it to us by hand, post or email.
• You pay the annual subscription of £24 by annual Direct Debit, bank transfer or cash by 31st March.
• The draw will take place on the 1st Friday of each month, starting in April.
• If you win, you will be informed by email or telephone and we will arrange a bank transfer of the winnings to your nominated account. The first name of the winner will be published on the FOWS Facebook page.

£24 buys you one membership number (we will allocate your number at random); you can buy more than one number if you wish. All participants must be over 16.

The prize money will comprise of two prizes of 15% & 25% of the membership fee taken that month. So if all 100 numbers have been sold, the prizes would be £30 and £50.

The remaining 60% goes – via FOWS – to the school to help fund equipment, resources and opportunities for pupils. Please see the following pages for the sign up form.

Cash

Please place your form and cash in an envelope and deliver to Julie Abraham, 2 Crosshill, Willoughby on the Wolds

Once we receive your payment & your form, we will send out a confirmation email which will include your allocated number(s).
